Juventus marksman Gonzalo Higuain has agreed to join Chelsea during the ongoing transfer window but he has supposedly placed a couple of demands before the move goes through.
According to Calciomercato, the Argentina international is prepared to part ways with the Bianconeri after he was informed that summer signing Cristiano Ronaldo would be leading the line next term.
As such, the Blues have been offered the chance to sign striker, who is expected to cost around €55m, although the Argentine wants a couple of conditions to be fulfilled prior to his move.
As per the publication, Higuain wants Maurizio Sarri to be appointed as the next Blues boss (which is likely happen) whilst the club will also have to accept to his wage demands of €7m-a-year.
Chelsea are on the hunt for a new frontman after an average first season for Alvaro Morata and Higuain appears the perfect fit after having previously worked under Sarri at Napoli.
Higuain has netted 55 goals during his two seasons with Juventus but he is more likely to make way from the club this summer – owing to the likeliness of playing second fiddle to Ronaldo in Turin.
