Premier League holders Chelsea could be willing to discuss the permanent sale of Michy Batshuayi to Borussia Dortmund, should they be able to negotiate a transfer agreement for highly-rated midfielder Christian Pulisic.
Batshuayi made the temporary move to Signal Iduna Park last month in order to improve his World Cup chances, and he has since made a fruitful impact with five goals in the space of just three matches.
According to The Mail, the Blues could sanction the permanent exit of Batshuayi in the summer, but they are hoping to prise one of Dortmund’s upcoming prospects during the progress.
The Capital outfit are said to have a keen eye on the services of Pulisic, who is also a target for the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United, and they are aiming to get a head start by utilising Batshuayi as part of a proposed deal.
Pulisic, 19, has not been frequently in the goals this campaign, but his workrate has been exhibited in a number of games including a Bundesliga clash against Bayern in November, where he stood out despite the defeat.
